RevDock provides conversion optimization widgets that you install on your website via a JavaScript snippet. These widgets include parity pricing, tab nudges, and founder videos.

2. Accounts

To use RevDock, you must provide accurate information including your email and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Lifetime Access

When you purchase RevDock, you get lifetime access to all current and future widgets. "Lifetime" means for as long as RevDock exists and operates as a service. No monthly fees, no renewals.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If RevDock doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RevDock for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our software
  • Resell or redistribute access to RevDock
  • Use our service to spam or mislead users

6. Your Responsibilities

When using RevDock on your website, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction
  • Displaying appropriate cookie consent notices where required
  • Ensuring your use of widgets complies with local regulations

7. Intellectual Property

RevDock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RevDock is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
